LUBAO AVENUE RESIDENCE
Originally designed in 1962 by renown mid‐century modern architect Richard Neutra, this project’s emphasis was to restore and improve the residence in keeping with the original design intent. The house had gone through numerous renovations over the years and had begun to lose its connection with the original architect’s design. The goal for this project was to restore the residence to its mid‐century roots but also to improve the design to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The scope of work included renovations to kitchen, deck, rear patio, master bedroom suite, and children’s bathroom.
